Effective January 1, 2009, we will begin e-Leasing properties for summer, 2009 occupancy. The e-Lease rental rate is the amount listed in our postlet/Craigslist property listings and in the property description on our website.
In order to e-Lease a property and qualify for the reduced monthly rental rate, applicants should download applications from our website, complete them and fax them to our office. We will send a confirmation e-mail as to the amount of monies we will require prior to preparing a lease packet. These monies are typically the first month’s rent and the security deposit including any pet deposit required. The property remains on the market and available until the lease has been executed and returned to our office.
The e-Lease rental rate is ONLY available for those properties leased directly from our website through this process.

This website is unique in that we offer interior photos and floor plans of most of our property listings. While most properties appear vacant in the photos, in reality, they are currently occupied so prospective residents can preview the properties via these photos and floor plans to determine if the property might meet their housing needs. Since we do offer this preview function, we require completed rental applications for all adult applicants prior to scheduling an actual property viewing. We do not schedule viewings of occupied properties on the weekends in deference to our property residents.
Applications are available on this website and may be downloaded, completed and faxed to our office. Please provide all information requested on the application as this will allow us to process your viewing request more promptly.
We offer listings in the city of Charlottesville and Albemarle county as well as Greene, Louisa counties and the Lake Monticello area of Fluvanna county.
